Terms of Service

These terms form a contract between you and ProResells Academy when you buy course access or a membership. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and accepted them.

The one-time €59.99 purchase gives you lifetime personal access to the ProResells video course, the ReSeam listing template pack, the supplier vault and the tool setup guides, as they exist at the time of purchase and as they are updated. “Lifetime” means for as long as ProResells operates the course; if we ever discontinue it we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your materials.

The optional membership (€10 per month or €99 per year) gives you access, while it is active, to: the private Telegram community, ongoing supplier vault updates, new lessons and daily drops, result feedback, the weekly Q&A, and — on the annual plan — 1-on-1 guidance calls.

Membership is a subscription to an evolving community and content feed, not a fixed deliverable. We may change, add or remove individual community features, and we may adjust the schedule of calls and Q&As. We will not remove a headline feature without telling members in advance.

If you cancel, you keep your course access permanently. You lose community access, ongoing updates and guidance at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Membership renews automatically — monthly or annually depending on your plan — at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Prices are in euros and include any applicable VAT. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails we may retry it and suspend membership access until it succeeds.

You can cancel your membership yourself at any time, in one step, from the Account & billing panel in your members area — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no need to email or call us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then simply does not renew.

• Course access (€79): this is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent UK regulations, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. It is therefore non-refundable once unlocked.
• Membership: not refundable for a period already started, but cancellable at any time so that you are never charged again.
• Faults and errors: if you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or the product is genuinely faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply in full and we will fix the problem or refund you. Email support@proresells.com and we will respond within 5 working days.

Your access is personal. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publish or republish the course, templates or supplier vault, in whole or in part. Supplier contacts are confidential members-only information. We may suspend or terminate access without refund for sharing credentials, redistributing materials, or abusive or unlawful behaviour in the community.

All course materials, templates and vault content are the copyright of Yuval Yanay / ProResells and remain our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in your own reselling business.

Every page, template and video lesson in the members area is watermarked with your email address and a unique member ID. If watermarked material appears anywhere outside your own account, we can identify the account it came from, terminate that access and Telegram membership immediately without refund, and pursue the matter as copyright infringement.

Access is for one person on one account. Repeated sign-ins that indicate a shared or group-used account may be suspended. When a membership is cancelled, refunded or charged back, community and Telegram access is revoked immediately rather than at the end of the period.

ProResells is education. Any figures, examples, calculators or member results shown on this site are illustrations of what has been achieved, not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your effort, time, capital and market conditions. We do not guarantee any income, and nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.

You are responsible for running your own reselling activity lawfully, including registering with your tax authority where required.

The suppliers, tools and platforms we recommend are independent businesses we do not control. Some links, including Dotb, are affiliate links that earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; this is disclosed where it appears. Always do your own due diligence before spending money with any supplier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost stock value, lost sales or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active members at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which ProResells is established, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence as a consumer. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
